					<description>Ducasi

From all I have read here and on the Forum it seems the BFG was like a really big, really loooong, party with lots of fanastic friends and new people who you also know you could be friends with. I knew I could not make it and I knew I would miss, in some ways, a unique event. People's descriptions and photos are great though. Glad you enjoyed BFG.

I think it is great there are people like Franck, Sheena and others who put in the hard work to make these things happen.

Prompted by something you wrote, I too (often) think my &quot;range&quot; of dancing is limited and repetitive - and then I have dances that feel &quot;in the zone&quot;. It ebbs and flows - but I still go to classes and write down moves.

Regarding the energy thing. I have been on 3 weekenders. It is tempting to attempt everything on the programme - especially if you think that's where the fun is. I am now allowing myself to take breaks, eat, wash! , and sleep during the day on a weekender. If you are ill or recovering it can be miserable to push yourself on those events.

Regarding your comment on being anti-social. When I met you in Edinburgh I thought you were excellent company - so there :sticky-out-tongue icon: .
